This Focaccia Bread Recipe with a Twist Will Blow Your Mind!

Combine the water, sugar, yeast, salt, and olive oil.

Stir in the semolina, all-purpose flour, herbs, and black pepper. Knead the dough by hand, mixer, or in a bread machine set on the dough cycle until it's smooth.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 90 minutes in a warm place. The dough should double in size.

Gently deflate the dough and turn it onto a lightly floured counter.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper then drizzle 1 tablespoon garlic oil or olive oil into the baking sheet, brushing it across the tray.

Gently shape the dough into a rectangular share to fit the baking tray. Cover the tray, and let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place, until puffy.

While the dough is rising, preheat your oven to 425°F.
